When Nigel Campbell Associates takes a brief from a client for presentations skills training, the following points will be discussed:

• The experience and style of the presenters to be trained
• The objectives of typical presentations
• The target audience for typical presentations
• The environment in which presentations are made
• The eventual need to convince, persuade and move a specific audience to action
• The level of stress or 'stage fright' experienced by the presenters
• The choice of visual aids

The training is then delivered either on a one-on-one coaching basis or in small groups of 6-8 participants during a two-day seminar with the use of video playback.
